What we do

Biohazard cleanup, handled with compassion and care.

One discreet team for the situations most companies won't take on. Hoarding is our primary work, and we're equipped for every biohazard job that comes with it.

The relief of one team that handles all of it.

Most difficult cleanups don't fit neatly into a single category. A hoarded home may also have waste, pests, and odor. A death may leave both a biohazard and a house full of belongings to sort. Calling three different companies is the last thing anyone in that situation needs.

We built this to be one calm, capable team you can hand the whole thing to. From the first phone call to the final walk-through, you deal with the same people — discreet, respectful, and equipped for every part of the job.

How it works

A calm, transparent process.

  1. Step 1

    You call, we listen

Tell us what you are facing. We ask a few gentle questions and explain what to expect. Nothing is shared with anyone.

  2. Step 2

    We assess & plan

In person or by photos, we scope the work, flag any biohazards, and explain the approach, timing, and insurance.

  3. Step 3

    We do the work

Clearing, cleaning, decontamination, and odor removal — discreetly, at a pace you are comfortable with.

  4. Step 4

    We return the space

A final walk-through together, with belongings and valuables set aside for you along the way.

What every job includes

The standard you can expect, every time.

Complete discretion

Unmarked vehicles and plain clothing on every job. Neighbors never need to know.

A clear estimate first

We explain the cost before any work begins — no surprises, no pressure to commit.

Belongings respected

Valuables, documents, and keepsakes are set aside for you, not discarded without asking.

Proper decontamination

We do not just haul things out — we clean, sanitize, and neutralize odor at the source.

Insurance guidance

Many cleanups are covered by homeowner's insurance. We help you understand your options.

Service questions

Before you call, the basics.

Which service do I need?

If you're not sure, just call — describe the situation and we'll tell you honestly what's involved. Many jobs cross several categories (a hoarded home with waste and odor, for example), and we handle all of it as one job.

Do you handle both hoarding and death or trauma cleanup?

Yes. Hoarding cleanup is our primary work, and we are fully equipped for unattended death, crime scene, suicide, and blood or bodily-fluid cleanup as well. One team handles whatever the situation involves.

Is every service kept discreet?

Always. Whatever the job, we arrive in unmarked vehicles, keep plain clothing, and never discuss your situation with anyone. Privacy is built into how we work.

Are these cleanups covered by insurance?

Often, at least in part. Many biohazard situations are covered by homeowner's insurance. We can't promise what your policy will do, but we'll help you understand what to look for before any work begins.

How quickly can you come out?

We answer 24/7 and can usually arrange a same-day or next-day visit anywhere in the seven-county Twin Cities metro.

Not sure where to start? Just call.

Describe what you're dealing with and we'll walk you through it — calmly, and with no pressure.
